We are working with a growing organisation who is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join them ASAP.
The day to day duties will include -
- Work with internal stakeholders to transform the Payroll team to become more efficient in the way it operates
- Ensuring accurate control of payroll processing, taking the lead in payroll reconciliations and qualitative checks in line with financial control requirements.
- Effectively working with clients to resolve queries
- Managing the ongoing review of problems or issues and continually delivering solutions and improved ways of working.
- Management of the payroll team

Skills required -
- End to end payroll process experience
- Stakeholder management
- Experienced Payroll Administrator/ Payroll Coordinator
- Team management experience
